Located high on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Eufaula, the city of Eufaula is located in southeastern Alabama along the Alabama-Georgia border, approximately 90 miles southeast of Montgomery. The city enjoys a strong economic base, with a healthy mix of tourism, service, agriculture, light manufacturing and industry. Industries in the Eufaula area range from an international manufacturer of steel buildings to paper products.

The Eufaula community boasts over 700 structures on the National Register of Historic Places, many of which are located in the Seth Lore Historic District. The annual Eufaula Pilgrimage is Alabama’s oldest and one of the state’s most successful tour of homes. The festival showcases historic churches and homes in a variety of architectural styles, from Greek Revival to Italianate. The Eufaula Pilgrimage also features open-air art exhibits, gardens and an antique show.
