Heart Healthy Oatmeal Granola Bars

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.

  3. Blend until ingredients are well combined and sticky.

  4. Spread the mixture on to a parchment lined baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven and slice into bars or cut into shapes with cookie cutters

  • 1 cup almonds

  • ¼ cup flaxseed

  • 1 cup dried blueberries

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • ½ cup honey
