THE COVID-19 VACCINE
WHO CAN GET A COVID-19 VACCINE?
At this time, COVID-19 vaccines are available to patients who meet certain criteria. However, more people will be eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine every week, so check back here often for more information as it becomes available.
Right now, Medical Center Barbour is in Phase 1b of the vaccination process, and has already begun vaccinating the Very High Risk, High Risk, and Medium Risk populations.

Frontline critical workers listed in the plan are as follows:
Food and agriculture workers
U.S. Postal Service workers
Grocery store workers

Medical Center Barbour will be releasing more information on the vaccination process as it is made available by the Alabama Department of Public Health.
